I'm Tron!
I'm helping organisations in private, public and the NGO sectors to achieve more impact through innovation and transformation - based on people, processes and technology. I'm currently working as a Senior Manager in Deloitte, based in Oslo, Norway.
I bring a commercial and business-led mindset to the melting pot of Technology, Product and Service design, Value Chain, Business Processes, IT and Technology Strategy transformations, with a deep understanding of both the legacy technical domains, the emerging technologies and their importance in shaping tomorrow’s business.
Saving the world - just faster and better! - I've worked on digital transformation for Humanitarian and Development NGOs, after more than 25 years in the private sector. During 2018-2021 I was with NCA (an international humanitarian aid and development organization), responsible for digital strategy, process leadership on digital transformation, tech strategy and organizational digital literacy and capacity. Through international networking, I've learned a lot about the particular challenges and opportunities that lies within these organizations and their mandate to save the world. Literally.
I love people, so speaking comes pretty natural for me... As an avid speaker and workshop facilitator, panelist and webinar speaker, I've also conceived and produced many conferences and events during my years in the private sector. I'm an experienced business leader with 25 yr experience from the private sector and start-ups in the tech and media space. I have founded and run companies, both alone and with partners large and small, with a variety of purposes and activities from training, consulting, software development, to web and social media, mobile apps, music, live music and audio, video and virtual reality.
We learn when we listen and talk together. I love a good conversation on how to blend innovation, business development and technology to drive disruption and transformation.
The power of exponential technologies (AI, robotics, 3D print, synthetic biology, DLT/blockchain, etc) should be utilized solving the big challenges of the world (the SDGs - Sustainable Development Goals) - we all share a common future and the responsibility to create a better world for the generations to come. We can do this in profitable ways, and at the same time generate value and prosperity for all.
NGOs have a special responsibility to harness the power of technology to benefit our rights holders, and together with private and public sector to build a just world.
#Digital #Identity is an exiting area of interest for me, and I've been so lucky to serve as a member of the DIGID Advisory Group - a HIP consortium Digital Identity project with Innovation Norway.
It's really not about technology, but about your vision for the future and how to deliver that impact to the world. It's about people, the processes and the change management needed to get there. I'd love to help!
