I'm  Tron! I'm working with digital transformation for Humanitarian and Development NGOs, after 25 years in the private sector. Currently, I'm working with NCA, responsible for digital strategy, process leadership on digital transformation, tech strategy and organizational digital literacy and capacity. Through international networking, I've learned a lot about the particular challenges and opportunities that lies within these organizations and their mandate to save the world. Literally.

I love people, so speaking comes pretty natural for me... As an avid speaker and workshop facilitator, panelist and webinar speaker, I've also conceived and produced many conferences and events during my years in the private sector. I'm grateful to also have served on the NetHope Global Summit Agenda Steering Committee for their 2019 conference. I'm an experienced business leader with 25 yr experience from the private sector and start-ups in the tech and media space. I have founded and run companies, both alone and with partners large and small, with a variety of purposes and activities from training, consulting, software development, to web and social media, mobile apps, music, live music and audio, video and virtual reality.

We learn when we listen and talk together. I love a good conversation on how to blend innovation, business development and technology to drive disruption and transformation in Humanitarian and Development NGOs across the sector. The power of exponential technologies (AI, robotics, 3D print, synthetic biology, DLT/blockchain, etc) should be utilized solving the big challenges of the world (SDGs).

NGOs have a special responsibility to harness the power of technology to benefit our rights holders, and together with private and public sector to build a just world.

#Digital #Identity is an exiting area of interest for me, and I've been so lucky to serve as a member of the DIGID Advisory Group - a HIP consortium Digital Identity project with Innovation Norway.

It's really not about technology, but about your vision for the future and how to deliver that impact to the world. It's about people, the processes and the change management needed to get there. I'd love to help!
